"First of all, I would like to thank you for all of your help these past several months. Going through a complete remodel is overwhelming, but because of you and your kind and helpful manner, you kept us sane. You had wonderful ideas; you were always in touch with us and made yourself available when we needed you to help us pick out tile, paint, furniture, or when we had to make decisions in a hurry. Paul and I both agree that you are a very talented designer... we appreciate your ideas... and we are so pleased with the result.

The thing that makes you stand apart from other designers, Debora, is that you understand the individual client and their needs, regardless of their budget. You are not intimidating in any way when one cannot spend as much on furniture and accessories as some of your other clients, yet you come up with wonderful ideas that fit within your clientís budget, and the end result is still wonderful! When there is a problem, you go to bat for your client and make sure things are handled the way they should be... you follow through until things are right.

It is evident that you handle your business in a professional, ethical manner and that you sincerely take a personal interest in your clients over and above what most people display in the business world. Thank you for taking the time to answer our many questions when we would call you spontaneously. It was very much appreciated.
